Our objective is to provide our clients with the best quality of education and service. During the selection of new employees attracted to very highly skilled people. To attract highly skilled people we have work conditions that differ from other language schools. Whom do we employ?
Our company has clearly defined administrative structure. There are manager and lecturer positions in all of our subsidiaries. People with experience in the area of people leadership, work organization and client services are suitable for manager positions. Manager positions include directors of subsidiaries, care managers and methodologists. Lecturer positions have their own system of career growth; however our selection requirements are truly high.
